The first in likely plenty of vanity license plates that I don’t understand. Seen on 35W S between 62 and 494:

[Wisconsin] YIA SEE

Any guesses?

    Which doesn’t quite explain the ‘Y’, but it’s the only possible thing I’ve seen so far.
